3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Revisions and Deliverables

The number of revisions included depends on your chosen plan. Additional revisions beyond the plan limit may incur extra charges. All deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell our services without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland.
